Janafoods operates as a preorder-only bakery in Calgary, Alberta. We do not ship products. All orders are either picked up locally or delivered within Calgary.

Preorder Only

All orders must be placed in advance. We do not offer same-day or walk-in orders. Once your payment is received, your order is confirmed and we begin scheduling your batch.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available in Calgary.
Your exact pickup location and time window will be confirmed by message or email after your order is placed.
Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window. We are unable to accommodate early or late pickups without prior notice.
Pickup is free of charge.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available in selected Calgary areas depending on your location, order size, and our current schedule.
Delivery availability is not guaranteed for every order. Please contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery is available in your area.
A flat delivery fee of $6 applies to all delivered orders.
Your delivery window will be confirmed by message after your order is placed.
You must be available during your confirmed delivery window to receive your order. See our Refund Policy regarding missed deliveries.

No Shipping

We do not offer courier shipping, Canada Post, or any mail delivery service. Our products are fresh baked goods that require same-day or next-day consumption and are not suitable for shipping.

Order Readiness

Preparation time depends on batch scheduling and order volume. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated pickup or delivery date. During busy periods (holidays, weekends), preparation may take longer. We will always notify you of any delays.
