How Preorder Works
All Janafoods orders are preorder only. Since we prepare limited batches, your order is confirmed after payment. Pickup and delivery windows are arranged based on availability.
- Choose your cookie or pastry box — browse the menu and select what you'd like.
- Select quantity — choose your box size and how many you need.
- Choose pickup or delivery — pickup is available in Calgary. Delivery may be available in selected areas.
- Place your order — complete checkout online.
- Your order is confirmed after payment — we prepare limited batches, so payment confirms your spot.
- Pickup or delivery details sent by message or email — we'll confirm the time and location once your order is placed.
Since we prepare limited weekly batches, some items may sell out. Preordering early is the best way to make sure you get your box.
